The subjects were blind folded, and made to sit in a mechanical rotating chair, and whirled around.

They then reported their feelings of queasiness and nausea.

Subjects who were administered ginger powder remained in the chair for about 5 ½ minutes, those administered Dramamine sat for 3 ½ minutes, and the placebo group, only 1 ½ minutes.

Ginger is exceedingly effectual in managing motion sicknesses instantaneously, and it reduces giddiness, nausea, vomiting and cold sweating, associated with motion sickness.
